Strephon Taylor’s 2017 doc, “San Francisco Cable Cars” is, in our opinion, the best one ever done on our city’s symbols. It’s playing at Noon, on Saturday, December 9, at the Orinda Theater, just beyond the Caldecott Tunnel on Highway 24 (walkable from Orinda BART station).
